The paper is jammed near the squeegee rack. Clean the squeegee rack. Adjust the squeegee rack partition plate.

The paper is jammed in the dryer exit unit. Pull out the dryer exit unit and then strongly push it back intoposition. If the problem recurs, the engineer will visit you to perform checkout.
