Connection error or disconnection between laser unit and LDD8 on LDD20 circuit board CP801 on LDD20 circuit board trip LDD20 circuit board malfunction
Try To:
Connect harness correctly, or repair it.
Repair short-circuit of harness of LDD8 harness, or replace laser unit.
Replace LDD20 circuit board.
Replace laser unit.
Solve2.
This error occurs when the temperature does not converge in the following range within 5 minutes.
1. Setting temperature for LDD20 circuit board±0.2°C
2. Difference of the last 3 times is within 0.1°C.
Possible cause
1. Poorly connected connector (LDD8) on the LDD20 circuit board
2. Tripped circuit protector (CP801) on the LDD20 circuit board
3. Faulty JMG20 circuit board or G-SHG module
4. Faulty LDD20 circuit board
Investigation Procedure
(1) Disconnect and then reconnect the connector securely.
(2) Check whether or not the circuit protector is tripped.
Solution
(1) Disconnect and then reconnect the connector securely.
(2) If the circuit protector is tripped, the harness of LDD8 is pinched. Repair the harness or replace ROS.
(3) Replace the LDD20 circuit board.
(4) Restart the system to confirm the exposure section initialization iscompleted normally.
(5) Check whether or not the displayed values on "Laser Exposure Check (45C)" are within the specification and stable.
